1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Because we utilise an international drop shipping model to bring you high-performance automotive products at competitive prices, our inventory is dispatched directly from our international fulfilment centres.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 25 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please Note: These delivery times are projections, not guarantees. While we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery speeds depend heavily on the shipping carrier, the destination country, and standard customs processing times.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. (If you offer free shipping, you can state: "We offer standard free shipping on all orders/orders over $X.")
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
As our products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.

Importer of Record: By purchasing from RYSC Drive Efficiently, you are considered the importer of record.

Customer Responsibility: We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout. You are solely responsible for paying any additional charges imposed by your local customs authority. This is particularly relevant for customers in Canada, the UK, and the European Union.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is current, complete, and accurate.

If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for covering the cost of a replacement or issuing a refund.

If you realise you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@ryscglobal.com. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has begun processing.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once we transfer your products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for shipping delays, missing packages, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. If you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
