Cancellation policy

At RYSC Global Trading, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Some items in our store may be offered to you as a standard one-time purchase, a subscription, a pre-order, or a "try before you buy" option. This policy outlines your rights and options for managing, changing, or cancelling these different kinds of purchases.

1. Standard One-Time Purchases

Because our standard orders are processed quickly and dispatched from our international fulfilment centres, the window for cancelling an order is very small.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the 12-hour window has passed and your order has shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Returns Policy.

2. Subscription Orders (Recurring Purchases)

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries automatically unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your order, or you can manage it through your customer account portal on our website.

  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Post-Billing Cancellations: If your subscription renews and the order is processed before you cancel, that specific shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded, but your cancellation will successfully apply to all future deliveries.

3. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

  • Payments: We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date when the item is ready.

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order or an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • Processed Pre-Orders: Once the pre-order inventory arrives at our fulfilment centre and your order begins processing, the standard 12-hour cancellation rule applies. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy once it arrives.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation for any order type, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Required Information: Please include your Name and Order Number in the subject line of your email (e.g., "Cancellation Request - Order #12345") to ensure we can locate your purchase quickly.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful and falls within the allowed timeframes, we will issue a full (or partial, if applicable) refund to your original payment method.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
